I've had like 5 financial adviser and Spencer Watson is the first one that I've really trust and listen to, not just used to place the investments I wanted to. I've invested in other avenues might not of looked at with at his advisement. I've also listened to him about rolling over 401ks to Roth IRA to grow tax free for retirement and I wouldn't of thought of that. 16 years tax free is no little thing!
@EdwardJones sets a new standard for abysmal customer service — and not the good kind. Getting any help is an exercise in frustration, with representatives who are indifferent at best and incompetent at worst. For a firm trusted with people's financial futures, the complete lack of accountability and care for their clients is nothing short of disgraceful.
