Shawn is pleasant for as long as she receives what she is hoping to receive from you. Thereafter I feel her true colors start to come out. I now realize she says what she thinks you want to hear to make the sale. From my perspective, this is not a trustworthy or truthful broker.
Shawn was my mother's advisor. How many advisors do you know that make house calls? As my mother's health and eyesight deteriorated Shawn visited her at home. That is when I first met Shawn. After my mother's death Shawn became my advisor. I have no reference to compare her to other advisors, but Shawn and everyone else in that office has never been anything but friendly, helpful, understanding, and useful to my brothers and myself. Very poor customer service skills. Extremely unpleasant. I would not suggest anyone who would like to actually talk with someone about investing to go here.
