I'll start by saying , I'm not knowledgeable in finances, AT ALL, so I need alot of understanding, information and patience in my advisor. Well I FOUND HIM!!!! . 🥰 Nick is super!! Smart, Knowledgeable, awesomely efficient, completely thorough and just a real savvy guy. Didn't really like Craig Condie. My mother passed away for months ago and I've had to go through rigorous legal things to go clear through her estate so I get here and a Craig Condie and I just want some encouragement somewhere that my lists are getting smaller, and he told me that I needed to transfer my name to an LLC with my name only and not my mother's name on it or I would have trouble selling my house .
