This is one of the nicest Edward Jones offices in Athens, and that is before you even interact with the staff. The Branch Office Administrator is very professional and courteous. Mike Williams, the Financial Advisor, is incredibly knowledgeable and definitely in my corner. He is always seeking to help my family and I reach our financial goals for today and the future.
Called this place twice to ask for consulting about a Roth IRA. First time I called and the receptionist said she wrote down my number wrong and the second time she said that she would have Mike Williams call me in one hour. Nobody called me. This place is a joke and has horrible service. They do not value their potential customers.
