We've had an awful experience trying to close out my mother's accounts with Jeremy and his team. This was one of dozens of companies that we worked with to close things out, and was the only negative experience we had. There is a lack of followup (and for some reason an aversion to leaving voicemails), a disregard for her beneficiary designation (they required me to set up a whole new trust with Edward Jones instead of directing the funds to the trust that was already in place at her local bank), and even today there continu... read more

I have been an Edward Jones' client for 8 years. I moved from a small town in Minnesota to the metro area and in doing so switched advisers. Jeremy was young in the business compared to the adviser I had been working with but the experience so far couldn't be better. Jeremy has helped me in not only with my investments but also with getting loans paid off and still having a budget to enjoy life!
