Brian Larsen has the worst customer service etiquette I have ever experienced from a professional. He does not know how to talk to people respectfully and he doesn’t care about a client unless they have BIG money to invest with him. He will drop you or transfer you to another agent if he thinks it won’t bring him a significant return. Talks down to people and is very disrespectful. I’d give him negative stars if I could
