Mr Wosniowski lied to us. I made offer He told me it was accepted. Did my due diligence and paid for inspection. Went to lift contingency. He told me bank was going to take highest bidder. Unscrupulous Realtor he is. He slid those offers in. Should have told me from beginning that bank was looking at other offers. Meanwhile my terminally ill daughter had given notice and broke her lease to move in 10 days. Contractors were lined up to begin work.
