Good at communicating so I can understand what he is saying.
I cannot recommend Dr. Edward Shields highly enough. While I have unfortunately experienced some unexpected complications following my recent surgery, Dr. Shields has been absolutely incredible throughout the entire recovery process. From day one, his bedside manner has been exceptionally kind, compassionate, and reassuring. Dr. shields was excellent, very calming and easy going to talk too. The appointment was right on time which is appreciated. However, the check in lobby is very loud and you are separated by windows from the person you check in with that makes it very hard to hear. I would give check in lobby a one star while on time appt and dr a 5 star
