Best experience surgeon I have ever encountered. He's hilarious and kind, and cares to fix the problem immediately
He is an amazing doctor! - (this was my review years ago. So understated. I'm embarrassed because I did not do Dr. K justice.) Fast forward to today. I had to have another surgery, this time on my nose. I would not trust another surgeon to do the procedure. I've had to have two surgeries on my face and I still look like myself. I made an appointment and then ended up in the hospital and missed my first appointment with them. Now I’m at home recouping and I get a $25 No show bill. I called and explained my situation and stated that no one disclosed a fee for no show. They argued with me and stated they said it over phone. To which they never did. And then I was transferred to billing and they were not helpful either. If you’re going to have these policies it needs to be explained upfront and send that in the text message reminders you send!
