The team at imaging and radiology are very professional. The person performing my mammogram(Donna) was very kind, gentle, and professional. That made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you a thousand times.
I have had three experiences where I had scheduled appointments and had to wait well over an hour to be seen. I would avoid this location. My husband waited almost 2 hours for a scheduled heart scan.
The person performing my mammogram proceeded to audibly groan, cringe and make very terrified faces while doing the imaging. I asked her why she was groaning and making faces and she told me her stomach hurt. I spent 15-25 minutes in complete agony for no reason. It was very unprofessional and cruel. Ultrasound tech was wonderful and so was the radiologist.
The person I had for my mammogram rushed the first time taking images. I was called back to get more images because they could not determine anything. I have no history of breast cancer and my tissue is dense. After charging my insurance thousands, me $600, 2 appointments, an ultrasound and hours of wait time…diagnosis is dense tissue. No new information and a huge waste of my time, potential risk (of Covid, sickness) due to proximity and wait times in/near an ER to get no new information.
