A family member had a baby there, and they had the worst experience ever.
Dirty waiting room, dirty rooms, rude staff, incompetent doctors who need their medical licenses revoked, and run down diagnostic machines. Great place to send someone who you wanna see come back in a casket, horrible place to send your loved ones.
Wild that I cant get a consultation on a surgery but they can schedule that surgery. So they can knock me out and put stuff inside my body but they cant sit down and tell you what they are putting inside you, where they are placing it, what size the incision will be or even where it will be at. Wild that a nurse or a doctor cant talk to you but they are willing to schedule a surgery without saying a single word to you.
My dad was a patient on the oncology floor just got released. The nurses are great. I'm a RN myself it's a hard job. They did what they could to comfort my dad and also his stressed out daughter. I even gave Arlene a referral to my agency because she was good and I trusted her , and just do do that for anyone. No I'm not trying to steal her. My agency is supplemental, I work full at a nursing home But Arlene was terrific
I was admitted and they immediately wanted my belongings, jewelry, purse, whatever. I refused to give up my wedding ring. So here we go, they sent in FOUR security guards, a CNA and had them escort me out of the building!!! Before that, a security guard sat on my hand, bending my hand and finger to get this ring. For a damn ring??!!! If you don’t play by their rules,…….out the door. Security guards were very polite and apologetic. It’s not on them!
