I had a bad experience at Edward Hospital Main campus in Naperville. It was far from pleasant. Some of the furniture was broken. I needed a specialized bed. I was told they couldn’t get it until at least the next day. After my family contacted the nursing supervisor for the entire hospital in the evening one, was brought in, but it did not work properly or the staff didn’t know how to make it work properly. RecommendedHad hand surgery and could not have been better care! The nursing staff there is one of the most efficient and knowledgeable that treats a patient like you are the only person there. The entire surgery went well, I was well informed of every step of What was happening next. This was not my first surgery here, but it is the very reason I opt for this hospital. This hospital should be very proud of their employees! I highly recommend Edwards Hospital!

RecommendedThe care I received for my condition was the best. However, I must complain about the bed; you could look at the mattress & know it would be uncomfortable as it was so very indented that it aggravated my spine. I couldn’t have been more uncomfortable as my pain was severe, at least a ten (10).
