Best Doctor ever! Vastly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and thoroughly helpful.
I had my 1st new patient appointment and was promised an Rx for Linzess. My pharmacy never got it so I called the office 2 times and was told a "message had been sent!" Still not there! No services rendered! I will not go back! My husband also had a new patient appointment and waited 40 minutes and he asked how much longer he would have to wait. He was told another hour and visits always ran 1+ hours! He left and will never go back! What is the point of making an appointment?
I must have caught him on bad day. We all have them. The appointment felt mechanical. No compassion.
She listens to you.
Veronica is very thorough and really cares. Explains everything so patient understands, always follows up. I recommend her to everyone I know.
I was referred to an Endocrinologist for my Osteoporosis.
My physical comprised of him checking my labs results , listening to my heart and lungs. He asked me how several previous conditions were. But when I wanted to ask about a new condition he was already half way out the door. It was close to dinner time. He essentially blew me off. Pick another doctor.
Dr. Ho was my physician for about 10 years until I moved to a different part of town. Luckily, he recently joined a new service which is covered by my insurance and I don't mind traveling across town to see him. He is very knowledgable and responsive to my needs. The only decent doctors I had found in my part of town had retired. The others I went to were incompetent. I am so happy to be back with Dr. Ho.
She then went out on an early pregnancy to return in October. This is not the problem. She and I had discussed this and she said she would handle. Then, when I had to see the PA who was left in charge a series of messages were handled by a woman who did not translate my messages correctly (* with a very squeaky little voice) culminating in my having to come back into the office to see him during this duraction if I wanted anything.
