Hines sucks . Jessie Brown SUCKS. THIS PLACE... getting better.
They are better than Edward/Endeavor clinic which I’ve gone to for 10 years. They are also better than Illinois Retina which I had been going to for 10 years
I took my Dad to the VA this morning for an appointment. I dropped my Dad off at the door, park the car and went and sat down with him. 2 minutes later we were called back into a room. Beth, the RN started what she needed to do right away! We didn't send the room for half an hour before someone came back! Then, within 5 minutes Dr. Friedrich entered the room and attended to my Dad.
