I Had Hillyer Team sell my house. Listed for 2 years before and during covid not a single offer. Felt the team could have done more like host open house or suggest staging, posting for sale sign to get more traffic etc. —none of which happened. Also the socalled TEAM Hillyer was understaffed when the only other realtor —daughter was out giving birth. I ended showing the house.
