Been going here for a couple of years now. Turns out their treatment plans are deceptive and many times not required. Simply money-making schemes.
I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service. I was charged a no-show fee despite calling to inform them I wouldn’t be able to make the appointment. I did everything I was supposed to—called, spoke with someone and yet they still went ahead and billed me as if I hadn’t contacted them AT all. They disclosed that I called not within the timeframe that was needed and when I tried to resolve the issue, I was met with indifference and no accountability.
