We were very disappointed in the care and advice that Dr. Brooks provided. We were referred to him via our ENT because he is the only pediatric allergist in our network. In the future, I will absolutely pay out of pocket for any other allergist. Our son, who is almost 2, has had chronic ear infections (none within past 6 months) despite tubes and has some dry/itchy patches of skin on his back that come and go. Unacceptable care from Dr Edward Brooks. My kids were seen 5/2/18 and had some bloodwork done and as of 7/13/18 early morning we hadn’t gotten a response. So I text the doctor and told him my daughter has been suffering incredible itching because of her lesions and I finally got a text back stating “my apologies, I contacted your daughter”.
