I recieved an absolutely amazing experience at Dr. Baptista's Humble office (Vital Heart & Vein). Dr. Baptista himself has an impeccable bedside manner and didn't rush our appointment. He thoroughly explained my condition; showing me 3D models, charts, and going into an in-depth conversation about my EKG and overall prognosis. His staff is equally upstanding and welcoming, and I feel that every practice can learn something from Dr. Baptista .

my appointment with Dr. Baptista went smoothly and the only thing was the people on the 1st floor had given me the wrong disk which made a return too the 1st floor to exchange the disk for mine which, they done immediatly . On a scale of 1 to 10 Dr. Baptista would receive a 10 but, the people on the 1st floor would recceive a 0 or a big F.
