Ed was great to work with. He didn’t rush us or try to pressure us on our home purchase at all. He answered all our questions and was there for appraisers and inspectors when we couldn’t be. He really left us feeling at ease.
Being in a Class "A" motorhome park and potential buyers required to own a Class"A" motorhome narrowed the field of qualified buyers. Ed Fahner specialized in finding these buyers. It took a year to sell my former home but with these requirements and a terrible sellers' market I fell I made the correct choice in choosing Ed Fahner to sell my home. He kept me well informed through the year and made several suggestions to improve the appearance yard and house. I would highly recommend him to anyone selling their property.
We sold our house previously because of Ed’s excellent expertise and market knowledge. Recently we contacted him to help us purchase another property because of his professionalism and someone we can trust. We just recently closed on the property and really appreciate Ed. Great customer service !
