He yelled at my mom when she had concerns about her medication.
Dr Caruso is a belligerent, insensitive, & an arrogant psychatrist. He is not capable of controlling his temper, & literally throws clients out of his office when he is challenged in a respectful manner. I can't believe he actually works with those afflicted by mental illness. Pls do yourself a favor & avoid him & all cost & find yourself another psychatrist.
I’ve been going to Edward for a few years now and am about to stop. This is no reflection on the doctor.. this is about the front desk staff. This women is rude, judge-mental and make me so uncomfortable I’d rather go without medication then deal with her again. You would think that for the office that she’s working and she would have a little bit more empathy and compassion towards people. It’s just super judgmental.
