I’ve had a good experience here. Doctors and nurses are very good.
I would love to give 0 stars, but that’s not allowed. Was told a 2 hour wait in the ER, it’s been over 2 hours and still waiting. I am in immense pain, had to use a wheelchair as the pain was so bad I couldn’t walk. Have just been here waiting for over 2 hours just to be seen and get some relief. Also have to pay a $250 deductible for subpar service. Have seen multiple people arrive after me yet taken back before me, and not just to get their vitals. I was in and out in no time. That's the best type of experience you can ask for really! Update as of 2/17/25; I just talked to one of the rude receptionists after a healthy hold on the phone. Was requesting a corrected doctor's note. If the request was something they felt was beyond their scope of advocation due to it being 4:30PM (and close to time to get off work at 5), a great less insulting scape goat would have been to request I call back the next day. Showed up for walk in labs, no workers to be seen or new hours posted. Worker in the adjacent immediate care told us it was open, nobody is present after at least 20 min. In case they were short staffed or something.
This clinic closes early. They wait inside with the lights dimmed. I arrived at 7:25 with a raging UTI. Two receptionists sat at the front desk. One door was locked. Lights had already been turned off. I was told " we're closed". I told them through the class door that I had a UTI and that it was only 7:25. The receptionist told me "It's 7:30 in here!" Then she told me to go to the ER. I told her I had a $250 deductible for the ER. Now I'm sitting here with a burning UTI because these people wanted to go home early. I cannot... read more
