The Lady's at the front desk were very nice! (The section where you get blood drawn) the Customer service was great!
Please second guess your decision to use any Endeavor health system services . In April, I became very ill with a suspected case of viral gastroenteritis and due to being 19w pregnant, I ultimately became rapidly dehydrated. I presented to the emergency at Endeavor in Plainfield with brown concentrated urine, back pain, and vomiting. I was given an IV and antiemetics and discharged home. I’ve had a good experience here. Doctors and nurses are very good.
I would love to give 0 stars, but that’s not allowed. Was told a 2 hour wait in the ER, it’s been over 2 hours and still waiting. I am in immense pain, had to use a wheelchair as the pain was so bad I couldn’t walk. Have just been here waiting for over 2 hours just to be seen and get some relief. Also have to pay a $250 deductible for subpar service. Have seen multiple people arrive after me yet taken back before me, and not just to get their vitals. I was in and out in no time. That's the best type of experience you can ask for really! Update as of 2/17/25; I just talked to one of the rude receptionists after a healthy hold on the phone. Was requesting a corrected doctor's note. If the request was something they felt was beyond their scope of advocation due to it being 4:30PM (and close to time to get off work at 5), a great less insulting scape goat would have been to request I call back the next day.
