Great staff, great care. Good place to get your immunization records done for your school and other purposes as well.
This was my first time coming to this location. The lady who did my intake was very kind. She told me there was a longer wait than usual. I was ok with that and waited for about an hour. After an hour of waiting patiently I was called back. I was treated by NP Amanda who treated me as if I was wasting her time. She had an extremely condescending tone and wouldn’t let me finish my sentences. Before even examining me she was asking me why I was there and not at an ENT. I’ve always had good experiences here. It’s fairly easy to get an appointment and if I can’t, the wait for walk-in has never been more than 30 minutes for me. The medical staff is always friendly and takes the time to explain things and answer questions without rushing. Sarah is especially incredible - she helped me through a lung infection earlier this year and even followed up via phone.
They need to update all the insurances cause their "accepting new patients" is still open and the lady at the front desk has a attitude. They need to tone it down cause people are trying to change insurances and they don't know that you have it full. Let people know in advance instead of keeping them hanging.
