I had a terrible experience at the front desk , I got profiled, the person was rude, they need to train the front desk to have pleasantry and manners . Nevertheless I will continue to there they have excellent medical staff

I'm BEGGING YOU, please check your My Chart messages more than just every few days!! You push patients to use it, but then YOU only use it now and then Please check!

Dr. Kaitlyn Rosales recently left this practice. Huge loss to practice!!! Staff hadn’t informed me of doctor leaving until two weeks before her last day. When I called to schedule with another doctor there, I was told no availability until 2025. Such terrible actual patient care. Facility is all about money, clearly.

The Edward-Elmhurst system is crooked. I went in for a routine visit as a new patient. The facility was small and somewhat dingy but not the worst compared to some 3rd world countries I've been to. I was then charged separately for this visit, both for an annual checkup and an additional office visit (which is generally NOT fully covered by insurance and goes toward the deductible) because I had a short discussion (literally 1 minute) about getting a refill on a maintenance medication that I'm on. Thank you Tyler. Husband needed an x-ray across the hall from suite 101. The gentleman at the front desk named Tyler was kind and helpful. Tyler made the visit a comfortable experience.
