Please avoid swedish covenant ER at all cost. The staff and doctors are fine but the way they process patient with ER cases are extremly slow. One ER visit could *********** to 18 hours waiting.

I've been trying to talk to Dr. ****** on how he came up with his diagnosis and how to respectfully disagree with it. I called a dozen times leaving messages on his answering machine and his secretaries answering service and nobody ever got back to me.When he finally answered one of my calls, he talked to me for a minute and when he asked me what I was calling about I told him then he said he doesn't have time to talk then hung up on me. I'm trying to send message to my mom doctor **** and no one answers. My mom was admitted to hospital on 05/03/2022, today in last minute she is being discharged, just got talk with nurse. My Mom IS ALMOST 99, WITH BAD BACK PROBLEM. I'm only close contact for her and live about 50 miles away and working. I cannot take off on call and leave work like many of your staff. I am writing a thorough and detailed complaint about the obvious attempt to entrap me by aggravating a volatile situation/correspondence with a lady identifying herself as "Supervisor ******". Took my wife for pregnancy related issues, the nurse without checking her told us to go to ER because they don't have required equipment or staff (no idea then what this place does). When I asked will **** hospital which is 5mins away take care, the nurse replied they also don't have required equipment's and we should go to ******** hospital which was 30min drive with traffic.Waste of time, staff is not well trained.They asked me to email them at healthdesk @ eehealth.org so they can look after this, but its another dead-end... read more

I took my daughter in for ONLY a COVID test. She was not displaying any symptoms. Her friend's aunt had tested positive so it would have been 3rd hand exposure at worst. The test took 6 days to come back. (negative) While we were there, at least 4 different medical staff came in and asked the exact same questions. (feeling, aches, sense of taste, etc) We told each one the same thing that we were only in for a precaution. During my visit I was told a price for a physical, but a couple weeks later I received another bill saying I still owed money because the receptionist punched in a different "code" in the computer than the doctor.

I can't say enough how terrible this hospital is. From the process of getting to see a doctor, it's lengthy so do not have any plans for multiple days. Then even when you actually see them the level of professionalism is a joke at best. If you have any questions about billing also be willing to call them back non stop for days just to get through to someone. I would never ever suggest to anyone I remotely like to go to this hospital. Just a complete mess and poorly run organization from top to bottom.
