Got there at 4pm and we're up front about the wait and saw the nurse at 5. Did not see an actual "doctor" until 5:40 after vitals were taken. Her name was Nicole Zarth and was not thorough in my care. Could not even properly lie me down to examine me. EMMA EHRHARDT, VANESSA GOMEZ, aND EAMANN AYYAD NEED TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE! Very bad experience, came with my 1 year old to get her checked out. Not only were they rude, they did a “rectal temperature” and they didn’t put it in the rectal area instead they put it in her VAGINAL area not once but TWICE then proceeded to say “I’m going to do it again” and I guess she felt like doing it right and finally did it in the rectal area.
