Horrible ER service. Make patients wait extremely long and do not update whether tests results have come through or not. Will not tell you any information unless you ask them. Extremely unprofessional.

The worst hospital experience ever. Horrible staff, could care less, had no urgency, and while people are sick waiting for help the staff is just eating snacks and on their phones. I can’t believe I thought I would actually get treated or helped. Ridiculous. It deserves zero stars.

I was admitted here for just under a week back in October of last year. While my time in the hospital was just okay, the real issue came after dealing with the billing dept. to be more specific Amber. I set up a payment plan as one does when their hospital bill is large, and last month (march) I was double charged, a mistake on their end.
