If I could give zero stars I would. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for six weeks and like others my doctor insisted it had to be here. Six weeks of leaving messages without a single call back. You call the main scheduling number and all they do is transfer you to the same useless voicemail system. Not only am I not returning here, I am dumping my doctor for always insisting I use Edwards Services.
Horrible place. The day of my appointment I got there for them to tell me to wait an hour for the equipment to be returned. Then they called me and said the machine was down to get the information off. Then lied and said I was a no show. Ms. Shirley. Liars.
My sleep dr, Dr Beckerly wanted me to do a sleep study, she insisted that it be at the Naperville location on Rickert. She was aware that I had chronic intractable migraines. That an in person sleep study is hard on migraine people. Migraine people have to keep a strict schedule and avoid triggers to avoid our migraines getting worse. Plus Sr Beckerly noticed my REM sleep tended to be between 4-7am most days. My 9 year old son needes to have a sleep study done. This place was wonderful. The staff was very kind and explained everything step by step. Thank you for the great care!
