The front staff is very helpful. This is a place to see your doctor and get certain types of labs done for the doctor.
Extremely upsetting situation with this office. After pushing my long time doctor out of the practice, they're not allowing me to schedule an appointment with any other doctor I'm interested in seeing. They are rude and unhelpful in the process of finding a new primary care doctor. Update: If i could give them zero stars I would. ⭐ 1-Star Review I am extremely disappointed with the care—or lack thereof—at Endeavor Health Elmhurst Clinic (Edward-Elmhurst Health Center – Schiller Street) located at 172 Schiller St, Elmhurst, IL. I made an appointment specifically for my son and drove 45 minutes to get here. When I arrived, I was told the appointment was actually scheduled for my daughter—even though I had clearly booked it for my son. They are rude. Dealt with two check in ladies today. These ladies were useless. Asked to speak to the manager they said no then said they would call security. Wouldn’t take an email lab order but would take a fax. I asked the difference and again it was I will call security. I faxed it from my personal phone and it was ok. Can you explain that to me.
