I loved my new Dr and the experience while visiting was great. However, the aftermath is not so great. The nurse's on-call seem to be incompetent and was literally told they need to hang up on me because they had other patients to call. A referral was given yet the office referred to does not take PTSD patient. The nurse refused to listen and literally told me I only want to hear what I want. Listen, Loud and Clear...... The most incompetent people I dealt with!!! Walk in clinic to waist your time while you suffer!!
They will change your doctor with little notice. Communication is awful. You either get no call back for days or 4 different nurses call you several times because they weren't aware other nurses called you. Their automated calling system is awful especially when you need to call back multiple times, you have to listen to lengthy redundant recordings over and over. They can't get straight what pharmacy you're telling them to call your prescriptions in to. Just an awful, very expensive and time consuming headache. I never felt... read more
Receptionist are rude Sunday morning
Dr Meisles did my left knee replaced 13 years ago. He is a good doctor, but his team of medical assistant, never helpful. My insurance Medicare Adv ESA PPO plan thru United Airlines informed me tha I should be covered of my visit. Connie and the administrator bluntly said I'm not covered on the network without offering other option. I'm very upset but I'm sure I'll have a better treatment with the next ortho doctor's office.
