I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Arlinda Elezi or this office to a stranger let alone anyone I know. My mom scheduled an appointment for today to get a doctor to sign off for a hanicap placard. She recently was hospitalized and is working on gaining her strength back in a rehab facility. Dr. Arlinda Elezi decided that she was only going to look at me and speak like my mom cannot speak for herself. Billing is absolutely horrible. Went in for Urgent Care. They billed me 3 separate ways. Coming in over a total of 789$ wasn’t there for a hour. They billed me as hospital care. Then physician then laboratory. So urgent care doesn’t cover it. Very shady way to do business. And talk to customer service and she was snarky. Saying “that’s how we bill it and it can’t be changed”. Great way to steal peoples money I guess.
I have a medical history of IBS. I told them all the symptoms were the same as they were in the past when I was prescribed dycyclamine. Said I had diaria which then alleviated my cramps which further hinted at just IBS cramps. They said they wouldn't write me a prescription unless I did a CT scan at Elmhurst hospital. I asked if I have to take any medication for the CT scan. She said no. I had to get an IV with contrast. Just canceled an appointment this morning due to feeling unwell from the contrast/scan. Bathroom door in reception area needs to get fixed had a man giggle the door and it unlocked the door. I said someone’s in here he then again opens the door as I’m pulling up my pants.
