I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Arlinda Elezi or this office to a stranger let alone anyone I know. My mom scheduled an appointment for today to get a doctor to sign off for a hanicap placard. She recently was hospitalized and is working on gaining her strength back in a rehab facility. Dr. Arlinda Elezi decided that she was only going to look at me and speak like my mom cannot speak for herself. Billing is absolutely horrible. Went in for Urgent Care. They billed me 3 separate ways. Coming in over a total of 789$ wasn’t there for a hour. They billed me as hospital care. Then physician then laboratory. So urgent care doesn’t cover it. Very shady way to do business. And talk to customer service and she was snarky. Saying “that’s how we bill it and it can’t be changed”. Great way to steal peoples money I guess.
