I was a patient at this office five years ago before moving away. Now that I’ve relocated back to the area, I called to schedule an appointment with my previous doctor, only to be told they would not see me because I’m considered a "new patient." I explained that I had been seen by this doctor multiple times in the past, but the receptionist kept insisting that I was "new" and refused to schedule me. If you value your time, don’t schedule an appointment. I did everything asked of me. Completed online check in, filled out all the web portal info on “my chart” uploaded pics of my DL and insurance card, arrived to the appointment 10 mins early, etc etc. 55 minutes later and still sitting in waiting room. Was told could be another 10 minutes which turned into 15 mins and so on.

Once I called to check on my results and the woman yelled at me in the phone her voice reached out of the phone.. they’re so rude and annoyed idk why the have an attitude, they made me hate the idea of checking on myself and my health is worsen cause of them.

I called and they told me my insurance was accepted there. I literally walked for an hour just to find out they don’t. All I got was “ Well I don’t know who you spoke to”
