Beware!!! You will be charged for an emergency room visit, even though this facility is listed as being an immediate care facility. I called ahead before going in to have them run my insurance, and was told I would only have to pay the $30 immediate care copay. A couple weeks later I received a $260 bill. After months of going back and forth with Edwards and my insurance, I was told by Edward's that they have to bill it as a hospital visit, even though the hospital isn't even in the same town as this facility. Person to check you in does not even check to see if you have an appointment, they just assume you are going to sit and wait. I never schedule labs without appt. second check in person finally realized Colten had an appt, told to sit and wait again. Then we got called in with a group and I asked the person if they knew he had an appt then looked at his orders and said oh yes now I see that. Poor kid has been fasting.
