Hi, After I called my PCP office and I was told they are booked for the day and I was instructed to go to urgent/immediate/walk in clinic, I came with my daughter at the Bolingbrook office which is part of my Edward Medical Group, on Friday, March 29th 2024. My daughter didn’t feel good and because she is also working in healthcare she wanted to see a doctor and check her for strep throat and Covid. I asked how much will be the copayment? Went in for abdominal pain and related, now I have new issue or maybe a reaction to a medicine. Avoid Nurse Practitioner N……., I would not recommend her.
I just can't say enough about the medical group iseen today. Every section from the to the cat scan to the my room was a great and comforting experience.The nurse praction Jennifer and rn nurse was amazing thank you for everything you're ROCKSTARS
I went to the immediate care for issues that had not resolved with meds from another Dr. The attending Dr stated she was having me got to the main hospital as they were putting in a MRI for me. I came here to be told the other facility wants me to go to the er? Over 4 hours and have not seen the dr. Nurse said she has no order of a MRI to be done to wait for a dr. Blood test person stated the immediate has sent over 15 other people so far to the er today.
Had an appointment today for a blood draw. Receptionist took the longest time to register me. Initially said she registered me. I waited 20mins and went back only to find out she never did. Missed my lab appointment and had to wait 40mins. However the lab tech was nice and quick.
