Saw Dr. Snell for the first time today in his cranberry location. I was referred by one of his colleagues that took care of me for a separate issue. First off:The waiting room is very comfortable. There were a lot of people there, but they were seeing different doctors and everything moved very efficiently. I didn’t have a long wait.Everyone at the front desk was nice . Dr. Snell is such a wonderful doctor! I had previously seen two surgeons who would only say that I needed surgery on my knees, but told me I am not a good candidate for surgery at this time. No other help was offered. This went on for several years until I could barely walk, even with the cane that I had been using for a full year. At a friend's urging, I went to see Dr. Snell. Dr snell.... is such a great dr ..I'm not from here was here and got hurt and he was one of my dr wish I could take him back home to Louisiana they need some training from dr snell he's very hands on and speak to u like a patient not like your a dr aswell I will be flying back for future appointments for my concussion until I'm discharged.....
This is the worst place I've ever been to. Over an hour wait just in the waiting room trying to get called to the back. I spoke to receptionist and said I've been waiting over an hour she said I was next they come out and call someone else. 70 minutes in waiting room !!!!
