Great Understandable Service
I have a few health issues and Dr. Sammons and his office were very attentive to what I needed.
He answered several questions & follow up questions fully. Dr Sammons left a general impression of concern for the patient, and even chuckled at one or two bad jokes.
I have been seeing Dr Sammons since 2017. He is my sister's and her family's eye doctor, so she recommended him. He has always been very caring and takes the time to listen to me as well as explain to me his exam findings and what the plan is. I would highly recommend him.
The office was able to get me in quickly to deal with an urgent issue. The staff was polite professional and extremely accommodating. Dr. Sammons took as much time as was necessary with me to make sure that my eye was properly cared for. There are not enough good things I could say about my visit.
I was most impressed by the time that Dr. Sammons and his assistant spent examining my eyes. I also appreciated the time they both spent explaining the purpose and procedures they used to examine my eyes. Dr. Sammons shared the results of the examination in layman's terms. He them offered treatment options for me to consider.
Dr Sammons and his assistant were very professional, friendly, and caring about my eye health. They both conducted as many tests and examinations as needed to determine what the cause of my concerns might be. Dr. Sammons offered treatment options for me to consider. I appreciated his understanding and interest in my well-being.
