Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. i HAVE BEEN A PATIENT HERE FOR 10 YEARS. DR. CORKRAN IS A GREAT TELL IT LIKE IT IS DOCTOR.

Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? No, they were disgusting How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. This practice has been my Primary Care medical practice for many years now. There are three doctors, Edward A Corkran, Israel Cabanas, and Robert Frantz. Dr. Corkran is the principle in this medical practice. These guys are really great and their staff is too. You can't go wrong with these guys.
