Dr. Chay clearly explained complex issue about revision surgery to replace toric lense in right eye. He took the time to answer my questions and concerns. He was very meticulous during surgery to ensure precise measurements and placement of toric lense. So far everything looks great. I trust his skill and expertise. He cares about his patients.
Dr. Edward Chay is an excellent and exceptional physician! Dr. Chay is extremely knowledgeable and he is at the top of his game, profession and field.
