Very terrible customer service. My child went there for his first appointment and the receptionist (Isabella) told me that my child missed multiple appointments and they couldn’t service me. My kids haven’t been with Chang or Lu. After asking for clarification and a solution she rejected it in a catty manner. Saying “I don’t know what to tell you.” With a smirk. I walked out but wanted some extensive information they were laughing. Yea I’m done here. Very rude. Would not recommend this place.
