Dr Chan is an experienced and caring doctor. He is always responsive to emergency checks
I will not be returning. My appointment was at 8:45 AM, but I ended up waiting over 2 hour to see the doctor. That is completely unacceptable. I was told the delay was due to a staff member mistakenly bringing in another patient whose appointment was scheduled after mine. They clearly did not follow the proper appointment order. If you value your time, I would not recommend this place.
Everyone in the office were professional and efficient. All friendly faces. It was a joy being a patient. Every time I came to an appointment the wait time was less than 15 minutes
Yes, there is a lot of people but he is worth the wait. Very good eye doctor.
