I received a gift card for a manicure and pedicure, this was my first time attending this place. My appointment was at 11:30, I got there at 11:20. I wasn't take in for my appointment until 11:50 and not by the nail tech but by the receptionist. The nail tech got me to sit in a chair and place my feet in a tin mixing bowl with water. I guess i was surprised as I'm use to the chairs with the nice bowls with moving water in them. My appointment didnt officially get going until 12:15.
