Honestly, every single person who works here is an amazing person. Every single one is extremely kind, patient and very cool! You feel special walking in here and everyone is so fashionable and the products they have are very sophisticated. High end salon 100%!
Staff are super friendly, kind and courteous. As soon as I came in I was offered something to drink. The salon itself is in a converted old home just off Broadway. Its absolutely gorgeous inside, nicely decorated, comfy couches and a place to hang your coat. Great prices. Stylists are highly skilled professional.
Service is 12/10 for everybody, not just my stylist. I got a FANTASTIC scalp massage while my hair was being conditioned (just routine shampoo before cut btw). And Nicole, my hairstylist, is AMAZING!
Kitty's precision, incredible skill and talent deserves a shout out! Kitty has been my hairstylist for 12 years and has never failed to take me through cut, colour and style changes. Ten years ago Kitty walked with me through the transition from brunette to my natural white hair, the process was seamless and I've never looked back.
