They charged me $24,000 for 1 MRI stating it was 2 MRIs. (I’ve never seen such a ridiculous price and I’ve had numerous) then while”working” with my insurance company they refunded the overcharge back to the insurance company rather than apply it to my bill. I will literally NEVER pay the $5,000 balance on this.
RecommendedI was rushed to the ER over the summer and ended up being admitted soon after for a severe infection. all of the nurses I had were very kind and respectful. I rarely ever saw a doctor though which was kind of odd. the nurses were my real support the entire time I was in isolation. They're the real MVPs here. I'm also glad the ER doctor made the right call to admit me that night or else I wouldn't be here still. so thank you to all the Healthcare workers for everything you do, I appreciate all of you who took care of me while... read more
The E.R. Receptionist JEN was very rude and unprofessional. She not only laughed in my face but also refused me any service. Don’t recommend if she is there!

Edwards is absolutely horrible. I had an outpatient procedure on 11/9. I was bullied by the nurses, not listened to when I told people I was allergic to medical plastics and had had a reaction less than a week prior to the square patch of adhesive they use to hold the IV in place as well as the plastic IV canula itself. I was made to feel like I had no automony over my own body and medical decisions.
