I can't even say enough good things. I just delivered there and had the absolute best experience. The facilities are beautiful and the whole staff- nurses, doctors, lactation consultants, other help- were awesome. I had a very unexpected c section and they made me feel so reassured and they moved so quick. After the delivery they took such good care of not only my newborn, but my husband and I as well. My birthing experience could have been tramatic and upsetting but they did an amazing job and I had a wonderful experience.

Need to have better communication between specialty departments. Treat person as a whole not just sign and symptoms. Look at underline conditions and work as a team. Involve the primary who know the patient. Nurses and tech staff is good. 3/10

I LOVE my Edward family care physicians. Wholeheartedly. I do not love their customer service reps with the medical group for insurance. The experience I had with calling the insurance reps within Edward has awful. The representative I got was rude, condescending, and spoke over me. He did not give me any suggestions to resolve the issue I called for.

Do not use this office. I called because my doctor missed a phone visit. I was told the doctor had gone into labor (congratulations), and they’d have to reschedule. My situation was urgent because I was without my medication for a month at this point. As the only HR at a manufacturing site that had only gotten busier since the pandemic, I was too busy addressing the various issues of 100 employees PLUS taking on new corporate responsibilities because of a recent promotion. I had abdominal surgery, the check in and surgical prep team were amazing, the surgeon was amazing. When I was taken to my room for recovery, 3 day stay, I was put in a tiny basement room with a shared bathroom. It was so small the nurses kept tripping over equipment, the only light was a harsh overhead light and the only switch was by the door. The PCT’s and all but 1 nurse were terrible. I spent 5 days in that hospital from injuries, they didn't provide anything and took my phone and threatened to strap me down.. they sedated me 2 days in a row and held me against my will. I was injured and they has security threaten me. I have stitches on both feet and they didn't provide me crutches or a walker or anything . I think this place needs to be investigated . I'm suing for sure

From Immediate Care on 127th through my hospitalization for Covid, everyone was wonderful. Anna RN, Jamie RN, Camare PCT, Olivia PCT, Anthony RN, Kristine RN and Linda PCT were especially attentive, with Anna even popping her head in the next day because she knew I was scared. Thank you all so much for making this whole ordeal a little less frightening. Although geographically closer to other facilities, Edward Hospital will ALWAYS have my business!

Everyone was so friendly. The staff treated you as if you were the only person in the hospital. I was overwhelmed at how dedicated in what they do.
