Dr Pirolli is a great doctor (and he cracks me up with some of the things he says 🤣) but also the office is amazing. I have never had a Drs office call me to remind me I have a prescription refill coming up and I need to be seen so they can refill it (I usually find out when I go to the pharmacy and can't refill it 🙃) And I called the office with a question and they called back but I missed the call. Dr. Pirolli is great.... However his office is not very helpful when hit comes to talking about billing errors. I went to the office asking to pay for skin tag removal. After the procedure I asked to pay, they advised they would bill me. I received a bill in the mail for skin tag removal as well as my normal check-up office visit which should have been covered under my insurance. It appears they tried to submit an insurance claim for my skin tag removal, which I told them I would pay for at the time of my visit, and my insur... read more
Dr. Pirolli has the best bed side manner that I have ever experienced. I am a healthcare professional and have never encountered a more professional, caring, and patient physician. Dr. Pirolli truly cares about you as a whole person—physically and mentally. I never feel rushed during my annual appointment and Dr. Pirolli actively listens to me during the appointment. I went to Dr. Pirolli after a recommendation from a friend and now I recommend him to anyone searching for a GP.
I highly recommend Dr Pirolli and his practice. As another reviewer noted Dr. Pirolli is very much a calming presence in the examination room. He listens thoughtfully and carefully and always clearly explains his diagnoses/prognoses and the thinking behind his recommended treatment.
