I visited the clinic for two different concerns over the course of six months: a throat issue and an ear issue, and both handled with great care. The first was for a throat issue. Dr. Lee was super clear and helpful during my appointment. I had some impacted ear wax that he was able to remove for me quickly and without too much discomfort

This is a long overdue review. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Lee. The visit felt rushed, and I did not feel heard or properly evaluated. I left the appointment without meaningful answers or clear guidance. Patients are required to pay the full amount before the appointment, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating when the care feels inadequate. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve had.
