Dr. Lee was super clear and helpful during my appointment. I had some impacted ear wax that he was able to remove for me quickly and without too much discomfort
This is a long overdue review. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Lee. The visit felt rushed, and I did not feel heard or properly evaluated. I left the appointment without meaningful answers or clear guidance. Patients are required to pay the full amount before the appointment, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating when the care feels inadequate. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve had.
The doctor was patient, took the time to listen, and thoroughly addressed my ear problem, which I really appreciated. The front desk lady was also patient and helpful throughout the visit. Overall, the visit felt calm, professional, and well handled.
Cannot overstate how absolutely terrible of an experience it was seeing Dr. Lee. Not only does he lack bedside manner, he doesn’t even appear to care to solve health issues for his patients. He is patronizing and argumentative, initiated entirely on his own, which was shocking to say the least. I’ve never had a doctor prepare excuses in advance for why little could be done to solve a condition, and that I would need to learn to live with it.
