I wanted to thank Dr. Bustamante for his professionalism and being a Dr. who listens to his patients and wants to help them and not rush them. He took the time to listen to my concerns and address the issues that my 2 young ones have. He also took his time to explain options for eyewear. A true professional. The reviews are true. No people skills and is always in a hurry to leave during your appointment. Save your money and time and do not support a person that is supposed to be helping others. Just a reminder, WE are the customer.
You don't pay people for their services? and financially hurt someone's family business. That reflects poorly on your character & your skills as a Dr. Do not recommend.
The doctor charged an unreasonable amount for fitting contact lenses. He did not provide adequate written information on care and handling. He didn’t schedule a follow up appointment. I will be filing a formal complaint to the Board of Optimetrist.
Sad to see how people mix personal life with business, clearly all this people writing reviews are ganging on him. Apart from that, I walked in to Mr.Bustamante office and he is extremely nice and made me feel comfortable, he answered all my questions not rushing me at all with my questions. Defenetely best optometrist I ever been!
