Right before I got on my plane to come to Disney my glasses were damaged. I went in to Edward Bruner to see if someone could help tighten them so I didn’t have to spend my whole vacation with crooked glasses and Tristan came to the rescue!! He was so kind and he got them fixed up for me quickly and had me on my way. Thank you Tristan!!
My nose piece broke on a ride the night before and I stopped at the store a few minutes before they opened the next morning. Isabell came out and asked what she could do for me. She took my glasses into the store and fixed them while she waited for the computer system. Thanks again Isabell.
Fantastic experience. Great in store support. Quality products. This is the third pair of sunglasses we have purchased from this store.
On our recent trip to Disney, my glasses broke and needed them fixed in order to drive home…the front desk of our resort called them to see if they were able fix them quickly before our drive home they said, “absolutely come on in.” When we got there they were so friendly and welcoming and were able to fix my glasses in 10-15 minutes!
