I’ve been a patient of Dr Bates for over five years. He is the most caring & communicative physician I’ve ever encountered. It’s not the easiest feat to find a doctor willing to give an addict care & compassion. He has on multiple occasions called to check in on me. Not only his staff (they’ve called countless times), but Dr Bates himself has called out of the blue to check my welfare. In my experience that’s a one in a million.
