honestly I'm not sure why this place doesn't have more, or better reviews. The doctor is definitely to the point not super talkative but that could be me I can be offputting with my tattoos and green hair to people sometimes, but I like this doctor mainly because hes very thorough and knows what hes doing. The receptionist is very sweet and so is the lady that does repairs and glasses orders their prices are also so reasonable and they work well with military insurance my exam was completely covered I didnt even have my exam... read more
I've been a patient of Dr.Bancroft's for over 30 years and I've always been treated kindly. Wonderful conversations with Dr and staff at every appointment. Also, when I had insurance issues, they were very kind and helpful when sorting out the problems.
Dr. Bancroft is the best. He has many years of experience and is so calming and professional. His staff is delightful and very helpful. I highly recommend Palmer Vision Clinic to anyone.
I have never had an eye exam before I went here and I will not be returning. The Dr seemed to be in a rush and very annoyed with me when I couldn’t hear his directions talking under his breath. I do not recommend this place for elderly people or children or anyone with hearing problems!
Doctor is great! There are a few things to be desired of the staff though. A "thank you" while leaving would be nice once in a while.
