Staff is great. Dr Roberts is ok.
If I could put 0 stars I would. The whole office staff is RACIST. Called 3 times and spoke to 3 different rude receptionists that clearly don’t care about their job. Asked if they spoke spanish and 3 times they sighed and said “I’m gonna disconnect now” How do you hire racist receptionists when your office is in PASADENA?! More than 90% of the community is hispanic. A simple no would’ve been enough. Clearly not everyone deserves a job. Super unprofessional can’t even imagine the way they treat their hispanic patients.
I’m very pleased with the results of my surgery.
I took my uncle here for evaluation after a car accident. Dr. Roberts is very knowledgeable and professional. His staff was Outstanding, the gentleman in Radiology was excellent in performing all his xrays. I highly recommend this facility.
