Great Office The staff here is awesome! They are very friendly and make sure you know what is going on. Dr. Miller was nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Very gentle to me, someone who hates going to the dentist. They were also great with my kids which was really important to me. I don't want them to grow up with the fears I had about dentists. I'm so happy that we finally found a dentist for the whole family! I would refer anyone here. :-)

Patient Dr. Miller and his staff or Wonderful!! He is very gentle and precise in his treatment. His staff are very customer service oriented and caring people. I've been going to Dr. Miller for about 5 years now, and hs is the best dentist I've found in the Dallas metroplex.

Horrible Experience! This office is horrible. I called the office, clearly in excruciating pain. I had been seen in this office a few times before in the past year. They had all of my records and X-Rays. I told them which tooth it was and after looking at the records she determined that it needed to be pulled asap. However, Dr. Miller was out of town. Dr. Edward B Miller DDS is a D.D.S. Good dentist is worth his weight in gold.Over the years Dr. Miller has work on my teeth with no or very little pain to me.One weekend he even gave me a phone number to call in case I needed him.New office with new employees learning to allow time for procedure for scheduling appointments, after he settle in my waiting time has been under 15 min. last time I didn't even get to pick a magazine. Not Impressed! Dr. Miller is all about the money. He shows no personal interest nor does he care. He even pushes the sale of electric toothbrushes... He insists that certain problems exist, even tho another dentist (2nd opinion) say those same problems are non-existent. Again, he is all about the money. He doesn't correct a problem he created, he finds reasons to compound his mistake with yet more dental work in order to collect...yes more money. Outstanding Dentist Dr. Miller is an outstanding dentist. His staff is always very friendly. I had to wait once for about 10 minutes but the staff let me know ahead of time. I didn't have a problem with it because the service I receive there is definitely worth it and it's priced slightly lower than some of the area dentists. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

Dentist On one appointment I waited 1 hour and had to leave before my appointment because I had a flight at the airport the same day. Another time I waited 45 minuets before I was placed in the chair. They just moved into a new office and they book too many customers. If you have to wait that long each time, they don't need my business or yours.
