I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Busch. I underwent a procedure that required heavy anesthesia. Prior to the procedure, we clearly discussed what work would be performed. However, while I was under anesthesia and completely unaware, Dr. Busch took it upon himself to perform additional work on my teeth without my knowledge or consent. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Busch and his entire staff. I have a true phobia of dental work. I am given nitrous to help with my anxiety. Dr. Busch takes the time to explain what is going to take place before beginning treatment. He asks throughout treatment if I'm ok. I appreciate him and his staff. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Busch and staff.
